Neon ATC

Hello,

I'm now here with an ATC made for the Artist Trading Card Club (India)'s August theme, Neon.

I've weaved 2 neon colored quilling strips to get the mat pattern. Sentiment is stamped onto a bright yellow cs using Versafine Onyx Black ink and fussy cut. It is then attached to the base black cs along with the weaved pattern. I've added a few butterfly gem stickers for more interest and sparkle.

I wanted to add more glitter and hence used the glitter glue for the border. It is a yellow glitter which turned neon blue on the black cs. However I like the effect 😊
