Happy Birthday - Party Hat

Hello,

Here is a quick and simple card made for a little girl's 4th birthday :)

I've used the party hats pattern paper from Nakshathra Designz's Birthday pack. Ran a twine around with a bow, and the sentiment is from Mudra's Let's Party stamp set. The sentiment is heat embossed using white embossing powder. The panel is mounted on to navy blue cs.
