Thank You Cards Set
Hello,
I was eagerly waiting for this post! But had to wait until my swap partner received them :)
Sneak peek?
So here comes a set of cards that I made for the ICR Swap - June 2016. The theme was to make a set of 8 Thank you cards, in different colors, with coordinating envelopes.
Swaps are so much fun! To make something that will be admired by the receiver, and to eagerly await a surprise for yourself - doesn't it sound fun? :) Do check out the ICR monthly swaps and join in!
Some work-in-progress pics. All I needed was CS, Stencil and Distress inks
I used the Mini Daisy Cluster stencil from The Crafters Workshop. I placed the stencil on top of a polka dot embossed cardstock and adhered to the base using masking tape so that it doesn't move while I'm working. I used different colors of Distress Inks with the blending tool to create these colorful cards :) The panels are then mounted on the base white cs using foam tape. Thank you sentiment is stamped using Versafine Onyx Black ink onto a separate cs, fussy cut and attached using foam tape.
Here are the completed and individual cards pics.
Linking the cards to
1. PABD - Challenge #8 - Layers
Used stencil and stamps, Layers are the panel with flowers and the sentiment - adhered with foam tape
2. Cards Galore - Create your own subshine
3. LPOCF - #37
Thanks for stopping by, hope you like my cards! Do let me know your feedback!
Have a nice day :)
