Happy Diwali with Ria :)
Hello!
Today I'm here with a Diwali themed card made for a close friend :) Sneak peek? :)
Any guesses to who she is? Yes, you might have got it right! She is Ria, from Mudra :) I so love her! Beautiful design with Indian attire, the confidence in her walk! When I thought of a Diwali card, I wanted it to be different and I felt Ria had the perfect charm for the festival!
So here is the full reveal of the card I made.
I've used Bielo cs as the base. Stamped Ria onto the cs using Versafine Onyx Black ink. Colored using Fuji transparent water folios, Distress inks and Altenew inks. The crackers and sentiment are again from Mudra - Crackers stampset. I stamped the crackers using different colors of distress inks, and sentiment using versafine onyx black.
Once I finished the stamping and coloring, I felt she needed more glitter and shine :) So there goes the magic trick, using a gold glitter pen :)
I randomly added golden strokes to the crackers, an outline to the sentiment - and that gives a great 3d effect too! Then I drew some stars on Ria's dress, added golden border to her dress and also to the shoes :) Here are some more close up pics of the card! I love the shine and the golden shimmer! Isn't is perfect for Diwali? :)
