Thank You Cards - Set of 10

Today I'm here with a set of 10 thank you cards made for workers at a nearby grocery store. It is great to see many people around us, helping a lot during this pandemic, and I thought I could thank and cheer up someone through these cards. 

I planned my design and chose the Altenew Build-A-Flower Rose set for the flowers and leaves. It is one of my favorite sets ever and the roses turn out so gorgeous! I started by die-cutting all the flowers and leaves first, before stamping. I followed Jennifer McGuire's tip on making cards in bulk, so die-cutting comes first, followed by using the negative as a guide to position the stamps and stamp. The inks used are Red Cosmos and Midnight Violet dye ink sets from Altenew. I've used Stampaholic Nano tool here, which saves a lot of time in bulk stamping! 

I then created the backgrounds for the cards - 2 different types. For the first set of 5, I've used the Square Weave pattern stencil from Altenew and dry embossed the panels. For the second set, I've used the Quilted Hearts embossing folder from Sunny Studios. Once the background panels were ready, I adhered them to top folding white notecards.

Dry embossing with stencils is also the day 3 homework for Spring Card Camp 2 at Online Card Classes :)

The flowers were adhered using foam tape for added dimension and leaves were tucked behind them. The sentiment is from Altenew's Leaf Canopy stampset, which is white heat embossed on black cardstock. I adhered some sequins in pink and purple, matching each of the cards, and completed them by adding some glossy accents to the flowers and leaves, to resemble dew drops!
