25 Days of Christmas Tags - Entry 1

Hello,

Finally, I got some time to make a tag to participate in Tracy McNeely's 25 Days of Christmas Tags. Check out the link to know more and do play along! There are lots and lots of amazing inspirations! :)

So here is my quick and simple tag. I was inspired by Carol's tag from Day 16.


I started by stamping the image from Heffy Doodle's Eskimo Kisses stamp set, onto watercolor cardstock using Versafine Onyx Black ink and heat embossed in clear embossing powder. I then colored the image softly using Faber Castell watercolor pencils and fussy cut it out. The tag is die cut from Your Next Stamp's Cool Tag 3 set. I stamped tiny snowflakes from the Heffy Doodle stamp set using Altenew's Caribbean Sky ink for the background. I adhered the fussy cut girl image to the tag and stamped the sentiment in black. To complete, I added a blue ribbon.
