Plaid Christmas Card

Hello,

This is my 3rd post for today, with all last-minute creations :) 

So this one is a Christmas card to combine a sketch and plaid design! I've used another plaid digital paper from a pack of Christmas papers that my daughter won at Trimmies Craft Challenge. The tag is die-cut using Your Next Stamp's Cool Tag Set 3 from a patterned red cardstock. 


I die-cut a tree using MFT's Christmas Tree Window die from the tag base. That provides a window cut. I also cut out another from gold cardstock and trimmed out the tree. The star is also from gold mirror cardstock. For the background, I added another tag base in green cardstock and filled it with green glitter. I love how the glitter shows through the tree, accentuating the look! I finished the tag by using a green satin ribbon along with a handmade bow using gold thread. 


I then stamped the sentiment onto green ink blended cardstock and heat embossed in gold. I've used foam tape to adhere the tag to the base panel and doubled up the foam tape for the sentiment. The base is a top folding white notecard.
