You're In My Heart

Hello,

I'm here with a quick card I made using multiple layers of cardstocks and patterned paper.

It was super quick to put together once I had the design planned in my mind. I went for the black and teal combination after deciding on the patterned paper to use. This hearts one is from Pink Fresh Studio's Let Your Heart Decide paper pack. I die-cut it using Essentials - Diagonal Stitched Rectangles die. I then die-cut the mat from black cardstock and another mat from teal cardstock. I love the diagonal stitched frames and they add great interest to the layers of the card. I then adhered the layers to each other, and mounted on a black top folding A2 notecard.

The sentiment is from Altenew's Sentiment Strips stamp set, which is heat embossed using a teal blue embossing powder on black cardstock. I trimmed it to look like a label and adhered to the center of the panel using foam tape. That's it, the card is done! :)

This card was inspired by the sketch at Pinkfresh Studio sketch challenge on Facebook.
