Slimline Card using Floral Patterned Paper

Hello,

Today I'm here with a slimline card using patterned papers. Come play along with us at A Place To Start Challenge this month with the theme Flowers.

I had this floral patterned paper from Papericious, which I just love and hoarded since long! It was the perfect fit for a slimline card. I trimmed it down to the required size and die-cut using the inner layer die from Pinkfresh Studio Slimline Diagonal Stitched Rectangle set. I have a mat created using baby pink textured cardstock, die-cut again using the same set.

For the outermost mat, I used a maroon cardstock, die-cut using the largest frame die from the set and adhered to a slimline base card of the same color. The sentiment is from Altenew's Sentiment Strips stamp set, heat embossed using a pink embossing powder and adhered using foam tape.
